These Terms of Service govern your use of the Find The Title iOS app, operated by TNAADO Labs, Inc. (“TNAADO Labs”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in the United States. By downloading, accessing, or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
01Acceptance of these terms
By using Find The Title, you agree to these terms and to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to bind them, and “you” means that party.
02Free scans
Find The Title includes 5 free scans per calendar month, with no account required. The count resets at the start of each calendar month. Free scans are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
03Unlimited subscription
The Unlimited subscription removes the monthly scan limit for $2.99 per month. It is billed through our website via Stripe, our payment processor, and auto-renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your Unlimited access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law. We will notify you before any change to the subscription price takes effect.
04Acceptable use
You agree to use Find The Title only for its intended purpose. You agree not to abuse the service, automate or script requests against it, scrape it, attempt to circumvent the scan limits or subscription, probe it for vulnerabilities, overload it in a way that degrades it for other users, or use it to break the law or infringe another's rights. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules.
05Accuracy of results
Important. Identification results are ranked guesses produced by automated recognition of a clip's audio and visuals. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of order. You should not rely on a result as a definitive or authoritative identification, and you use results at your own discretion.
06Intellectual property
The app, its software, design, brand marks, and copy are the property of TNAADO Labs or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You do not acquire any other right in our intellectual property. Titles, artwork, and other materials referenced in results belong to their respective rights holders; Find The Title is an identification tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.
07Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any identification result will be correct. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in that case the exclusion applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNAADO Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the app or any identification result, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the app is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars. Nothing in this clause limits a liability that cannot legally be limited.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and TNAADO Labs consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place you live.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material we will post a notice on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
