Frequently asked
Why is a result wrong?
Results are ranked guesses produced by automated recognition of a clip's audio and visuals. Short clips, heavy background music, remixes, or covers can throw it off. If the top result looks wrong, check the other ranked matches below it — the correct title is often a place or two down.
How do I cancel?
Open the app's account or subscription settings and cancel Unlimited there. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals; your Unlimited access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data — your saved lists, items, and scan counts — from inside the app at any time. You can also email contact@tnaado.com to request deletion. We never store the clips themselves, so there is no clip history to clear.
Is it free?
Yes — you get 5 free scans every calendar month with no account required. If you want to identify more, Unlimited removes the limit for $2.99 per month, billed through our website and cancellable anytime.
